Power Down

This patten is used to indicate that the tree is powering down.  You only see it when you press the "change pattern" button when the tree has been running for a while.  If you press the"change pattern" button while this pattern is still running you will advance to the next pattern.  Otherwise once the pattern finishes, the tree completely powers down.
