Blinking

The blinking pattern is a slow random pattern where the LEDs are turned on and off at a very slow rate.  Each LED gets a different random number for the speed which can be as fast as .5 seconds and as long as 3.5 seconds.  In that interval it is kept on for only a quarter of the time.  The only difference between this and the Glowing pattern is that the LEDs are turned on and off instantly.
